The location of the hotel was stunning, in a deserted area of Baru. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the a double room itself was beautiful and excellent. The staff was helpful and very attentive, helped a lot.

Good sized room with a beautiful view and exceptionally good breakfast. Very friendly and incredibly attentive staff, free concierge service, wake up service, and ironing. Stunning and amazing location on the beach, easy to get around. Near the bars and restaurants and the different restaurant and the airport.

The offered breakfast was particularly good and delicious and included lots of options. The room with a beautiful view. The location was stunning and absolutely perfect, in the Baru area, it's a plus.

I loved the hotel facilities, including the pools, beach, and kayaks. The staff was super kind and professional; I particularly enjoyed the service at the breakfast buffet and the rooftop bar. The cleanliness of the rooms and the attention to detail in their decor were outstanding.

We had an amazing stay at Sofitel. The hotel's modern design and beautiful ocean views made for a truly luxurious experience. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The four pools and well-equipped gym provided plenty of opportunities for relaxation and recreation. The playroom for kids was a hit, keeping our little ones entertained. The variety of restaurants offered breathtaking views, and the food options were delicious. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

During our new year’s stay, we had a great time at this hotel. We loved the fact that they offered complementary water sports activities as well as a shuttle service to the nearby town. The hotel was located right by the beach, which made it easier for us to enjoy the beautiful scenery and the crystal-clear waters. Another advantage that we really enjoyed was the spacious pools, which were a great place to relax and soak up some sun.

We found the hotel’s service charge policy to be a little overwhelming. We understand that the hotel is pricey, but it would be better to have one transparent fee rather than a bunch of additional charges for every little thing.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! The staff went above and beyond, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The beach was like a paradise with crystal clear water, warm sand, and palm trees. There were multiple pools to enjoy, and the hotel had great restaurant options. it was a luxury experience that exceeded our expectations.

Easter vacation at this hotel was wonderful! the beach was absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water and warm sun, and there were so many amazing pools to choose from. the rooms were super clean, spacious, and had great views. the varied meal options were delicious and definitely worth trying - two complimentary activities offered were really nice! the location was very convenient.

Some members of the staff were hard to communicate with in English and sometimes reception didn’t answer the phone. the price of beverages was high, and it took a very long time for the room service to come.
